Will my website look like every other website out there? Only if you want it to! Otherwise, we design a website built specifically for you.

Will you manage my website and account for me? No, we are not webmasters. You must create and manage your own account through Wix, including the purchase of any premium content necessary, your domain name(s), and web hosting.

Why aren't the domain, hosting, and premium feature fees included in your design prices? The domain, hosting, and premium feature fees are designated by Wix. These fees vary depending upon the length of subscription, type of subscription, and features selected. Rather than overcharging our customers for features they may not need, we opt to charge only for the design work, which gives customers the opportunity to select the plans and features that work best for them and their budget.

Can I transfer my website off of Wix? Absolutely! Your domain name is yours and you may transfer it between hosts whenever you would like. We don't recommend it, however, as it may impact the design and any features you have implemented.

We work closely with customers on designing a website just for them. In the unlikely event you are no longer satisfied with your website, please message us so we can help make it right.

If you decide we are no longer a good fit for you/your business during the website design process, you may receive a refund of no greater than 50% of the price of the design only. We are not able to provide refunds for premium features, web hosting packages, or domain names through Wix accounts and you must contact Wix customer support to cancel these items.
